Companies interested in beginning the investment process should complete the application below in its entirety. NCAF will respond via email within 10 business days.

Before you begin this process, please prepare your Executive Summary. We accept PDF or Word files only that are a maximum of five pages in length.

Your Executive Summary should include:

• Brief introduction of your product or service
• Overview of the market opportunity
• Overview of the competitive landscape
• Overview of any intellectual property and other strategies that will generate sustainable competitive advantage
• Description of the management team’s background
• Investment needs and expected use of funds
• Summary 5-year financial forecast
• Exit strategy
